Dear Comrades,
The Communist Party of Poland conveys warmest, comradely greetings to the Cuban people on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the victory of the Cuban Revolution.
The Cuban Revolution was a great victory of the revolutionary persistence and unity of the forces fighting against the reactionary, capitalist dictatorship.
Heroes of the revolution Fidel Castro, Raúl Castro, Camilo Cienfuegos and Ernesto Che Guevara proved to be the real leaders of the Cuban People. Despite hardships they remained true to their ideals. Overthrow of the Batista regime was a great victory of the Cuban People.
Revolutionary Cuba paved the way for the anti-imperialist and socialst movements accross the globe. It has supported the idea of decolonization and liberation of the peoples.
Revolutionary Cuba has also shown the socialist way of development leading to improvement of the healthcare system, education, culture and other public services. Entire Cuban population now has much better living conditions than before the Revolution. Despite the illegal imperialist blockade imposed on Cuba by the USA, the socialist country resists and develops.
We express our unwavering support for the Cuban people in their struggle against the US imperialism and the illegal blockade imposed on Cuba by Washington. We also assure that we will always act in favour of the Cuban cause.
