“Throughout the crisis we have been the beneficiary of assistance from some of our friends in the international community. My government thanks the People’s Republic of China, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, India, the Republic of Cuba and the Pan American Health Organization for their demonstration of kindness to Antigua and Barbuda”.
