Dear representatives of the diplomatic corps,
Cuba welcomes the visit to China of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and hopes all exchanges held in China can contribute to stablish, through mutual agreement, a good environment for cooperation and dialogue on human rights issue. Initiatives of technical cooperation in the most convenient framework for both sides should be welcomed.
