Group of Friends of the UN Charter condemns before the Human Rights Council Cuba's presence on the unilateral list of countries allegedly sponsoring terrorism.

Geneva, Switzerland, March 11, 2025. The 20 countries members of the Group of Friends in Defense of the Charter of the United Nations, issued a forceful statement today before the UN Human Rights Council, condemning the re-inclusion of Cuba in the unilateral list drawn up by the United States government of countries allegedly sponsoring terrorism.

The statement was made during the dialogue with the Special Rapporteur on the Defense of Human Rights in the Fight against Terrorism.

Un voto unido y de calidad por Cuba

La Habana, 8 de marzo de 2023.- Para defender a Cuba existen muchas trincheras y en todas se necesita la certeza de que allí hay patriotas, listos para ese combate épico que le dé a la Revolución la victoria tan necesaria para seguir adelante.

En solo días sonará el clarín y millones de cubanas y cubanos vamos a responder, como tantas veces, sin vacilaciones ni cansancios. El 26 de marzo, en las elecciones generales, otra vez se romperá el corojo y los mambises de siempre saldremos a la carga.

Director General of the Foreign Ministry of The Bahamas receives the Cuban Ambassador

Nassau, March 7th , 2023. The Cuban ambassador to the Bahamas, Julio César González Marchante met with Ms. Rhoda Mae Jackson, Director General of the Foreign Ministry of The Bahamas to discuss issues of common interest in order to continue strengthening the bilateral relationship.

The cordial meeting confirmed the high level of exchange reached between the two countries and the good state of collaboration in areas such as education and health, as well as the prospect of expanding it to other sectors, including the environment and sport.

Directora General de la Cancillería de Las Bahamas recibe a Embajador cubano.

Nassau, 7 de marzo de 2023. El embajador de Cuba en Bahamas, Julio César González Marchante se reunió con la Sra. Rhoda Mae Jackson, Directora General de la Cancillería de Las Bahamas para examinar temas de interés común en aras de continuar fortaleciendo la relación bilateral.

En el cordial encuentro se constató el alto nivel del intercambio alcanzado entre los dos países y el buen estado de la colaboración en áreas como la educación y la salud, así como la perspectiva de ampliarla a otros sectores, entre ellos, el  medio ambiente y el deporte.
