The United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), composed of 54 Member States, elected Cuba con monday to occupy a seat, starting in January 2021, in the following subsidiary bodies: the Commission on Population and Development, the Executive Board of the UN Development Programme / UN Population Fund / UN Office for Project Services and the Committee for Programme and Coordination.
