Considering the international epidemiological situation related to the COVID-19 pandemic and taking into account the high percentage of cases detected with a source of infection abroad, the Cuban authorities have established as an essential requirement for entry to the national territory of all international travelers, the certificate of completion of a negative PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival in Cuba. Each traveler must present to the International Sanitary Control authorities upon entry, the certificate that accredits it as "negative to COVID-19", issued by a certified laboratory in the country of origin. This measure will take effect from January 10, 2021.
