EXTENSIÓN DEL HORARIO DE LOS SERVICIOS PRESENCIALES DE LA OFICINA CONSULAR DE CUBA EN ESTADOS UNIDOS
La Oficina Consular de Cuba en Estados Unidos informa que, a partir del próximo viernes 26 de junio, extenderá el horario de los servicios presenciales. La Oficina estará abierta para la atención al público lunes, miércoles y viernes en el horario de 09:00 AM a 12:00 M, y de 2:00 a 4:00 PM. Los martes y jueves se mantendrá el horario habitual de 09:00 AM a 12:00 M.
Tenga en cuenta cumplir con los requerimientos establecidos para cada trámite, antes de su visita a nuestro Consulado.

¿CÓMO SOLICITAR NUESTROS SERVICIOS?
PROCESO DE APROBACIÓN DE LAS VISAS ELECTRÓNICAS
Una vez que complete los formularios y añada una foto del giro postal en la solicitud electrónica, recibirá una notificación de haber realizado los pasos correctamente en la dirección de correo electrónico que añadió a la solicitud. LUEGO, DEBE ENVIAR FÍSICAMENTE EL/LOS POSTAL MONEY ORDER DE USPS POR EL VALOR DE LAS VISAS REQUERIDAS (50.00 USD CADA UNA) A LA EMBAJADA DE LA REPÚBLICA DE CUBA, 2630 16TH ST NW WASHINGTON DC, 20009.
Al recibir el/los Postal Money Order, el Consulado aprobará la solicitud y usted recibirá un código en su e-mail para cada una de las visas. Este código debe emplearlo para completar la aplicación DeViajeros: https://dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio hasta una semana antes de su viaje y obtener así la visa.
Si la fecha estimada para el arribo de carta/sobre/paquete a la Embajada de Cuba es posterior a la prevista para su viaje tiene otras opciones para adquirir su visa:
1. Presentarse en el Consulado, en el horario establecido. Así obtendrá la visa al instante, deberá traer un Postal Money Order de USPS por valor de 50.00 USD.
2. Comprar la visa en el aeropuerto, momentos antes de abordar su vuelo.
3. Contactar alguna de las agencias que tienen contrato con el Consulado para la venta de visas electrónicas.

IMPORTANTE: EN CASO DE ENVIAR AL CONSULADO UN MEDIO DE PAGO INCORRECTO, ES RESPONSABILIDAD DEL USUARIO ENVIAR UN SOBRE POSTAL PREPAGADO PARA RECUPERARLO. EL CONSULADO NO SE RESPONSABILIZA DE SU DEVOLUCIÓN.

(I) You can complete the e-Visa application and check its status by the link below: https://evisacuba.cu/en/inicio.
(II) Once you complete the forms and add a photo of the money order, you will receive a notification of successful completion to the email address you added to the application.
(III) You must then send a USPS money order for the required visas ($50 .00 USD for each one) to the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba, 2630 16th St NW, Washington, DC, 20009.
(IV) To track your shipment, you can visit the official USPS website (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input) and enter the corresponding tracking number.
(V) Upon receiving the money order(s), the Consulate will approve the application, and you will receive a code for each visa via email. You must use this code to complete the DeViajeros application: https://dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio up to one week before your trip and obtain your visa.
(VI) If the estimated arrival date of your letter/envelope/package at the Cuban Embassy is later than your planned travel date, you have other options to obtain your visa:
1. Go to the Consulate, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.—without an appointment. This way, you will obtain the visa instantly; you must bring a money order for $50.00 USD.
2. Purchase the visa at the airport, shortly before boarding your flight.
3. Contact one of the agencies that have a contract with the Consulate to sell electronic visas.

IMPORTANT: IF AN INCORRECT FORM OF PAYMENT IS SENT TO THE CONSULATE, IT IS THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND A PREPAID POSTAL ENVELOPE TO RETRIEVE IT. THE CONSULATE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS RETURN.
