Liberians who graduated in Cuba thank Fidel.

Monrovia, August 10, 2020 - Young Liberian graduates from Cuban universities thanked the historic leader of the Revolution, Fidel Castro, for his solidarity, humanism and brotherhood.

With multiple feelings of gratitude and humanism we remember the eternal Commander in Chief, they expressed in a statement that they sent to our diplomatic headquarters in Monrovia, on the 94th anniversary of the birth of the historic leader of the Cuban Revolution on August 13.

They thanked Fidel for having given them the opportunity to build a better world and they claim that today, more than ever, their words are valid, at a time when many peoples of the world have real dreams of freedom and self-determination.

The study of foreigners in Cuba free of charge is one of the most humanist projects created and materialized by the Commander in Chief of the Cuban Revolution, they point out in their missive where they highlight that Fidel Castro spread essential values around the world. Justice, health, education. Nothing that was left over for Cuba, but he taught everyone to share the little they had.

Liberians who graduated in Cuba are an example of foreigners who specialized in our country and then returned to their homeland to contribute to its development. They did not cease to offer their tribute to the Giant of Latin America, of everyone and of the world because for them the leader of the Cuban Revolution "is an idol and an example to follow".
