Congratulations!!!

I am very honored to convey to you this congratulations on behalf of our Party and Government on the occasion of today's 65th anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whose solid prestige is inseparable from the principled policy of the Cuban Revolution.

Cuba and the U.S. Hold Migration Talks in Havana

On December 4, 2024, representatives of Cuba and the United States held bilateral migration talks in Havana. Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Fernández de Cossío Domínguez headed the Cuban delegation and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the State Department's Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs, Eric Jacobstein led the U.S. delegation.

New York University professor recognized with degree from the Cuban Academy of Sciences.

The Cuban Academy of Sciences granted the category of corresponding academician to American professor Dr. Richard Dello Buono, a professor at New York University.

The accrediting attributes presentation was made by Doctor in Sciences Luis Velázquez, president of the Cuban Academy of Sciences.

The official ceremony took place at the Varona Building of the University of Havana.

Dr. Velázquez highlighted in his words the solidary and professional collaboration of Dr. Dello Buono with Cuba in the field of social sciences for more than 30 years.

Young people from Havana march in honor of eight medicine students

With the notes of the Bayamo Hymn and the symbolic roll call to the martyrs of the FEU, the march in homage to the eight medicine students began on Wednesday afternoon, on the 153rd anniversary of their execution by firing squad at the hands of the Spanish colonialism.
