Cuban Ambassador concludes visit to Ohio

On March 23- 25, the Ambassador of Cuba to the United States, José Ramón Cabañas, paid a working visit to Columbus, the capital city of the State of Ohio. 
During his stay there, the Cuban diplomat held meetings with the Speaker of Ohio House of Representatives, Cliff Rosenberger, who presented him with the key to that State legislative body. Ambassador Cabañas also met with Zach M. Klein, President of Columbus City Council and with David Daniels, Director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture. 

Raúl receives delegation from U.S. Congress

Army General Raúl Castro Ruz, President of the Councils of State and Ministers, yesterday afternoon, February 21, received a delegation from the United States Congress, led by Senators Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont) and Thad Cochran (R-Mississippi), including as well Senators Thomas Udall (D-New Mexico) and Michael Bennett (D-Colorado), Representatives James McGovern and Seth Moulton, Democrats from Massachusetts, as well as Jeffrey DeLaurentis, acting chargé d'affaires at the U.S. embassy in Cuba.
