Kingstown, October 22, 2022. On the occasion of the closing of the National Culture Day in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, an activity was held with a large presence of members of the Association of Cuban Residents "Juan Almeida Bosque", members of the Solidarity Movement of SVG-CUBA and government officials.
Kingstown, July 1. For the second consecutive year, Cuban-Vicentine girl Isabella Sam Nodarse won First Place in the National Literary Arts Contest held in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of this sister Caribbean nation.
On this occasion, 202 works were presented in four categories: History, Essay, Poetry and Narrative. The award was presented by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Keissal Melissa Peters, who highlighted the excellence and dedication of the winner.
Kingstown, April 8. With deep joy for the duty fulfilled, we bid farewell to twenty-one health collaborators, who worked in an exemplary manner in this sister country for almost four years. This contingent is the initial group that began their work in May 2018 at the Georgetown Hospital, which was built with Cuban assistance.
