BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 7. The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan hosted a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the country Carlos Enrique Valdes de la Concepcion, Trend reports.

The meeting was also attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Cuba Ruslan Rzayev.

Azerbaijani embassy to be established in Cuba

Azerbaijani President Iljam Aliyev signed a Law on the establishment of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Cuba, located in Havana, diplomatic sources in this capital reported today.

On the agenda of the first plenary session of the Azerbaijani Parliament was a bill on the establishment of the Azerbaijani embassy in Cuba, they specified.

The opening of the embassy would make an important contribution to the development of relations between the two countries, highlighted local political experts.
