The Cuban Ambassador to the Netherlands meets with the permanent representative of Nicaragua to the international organizations based in The Hague.

The Hague, April 2, 2025. The Cuban Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Eva Yelina Silva Walker, was received by Ambassador Carlos José Argüello Gómez, Permanent Representative of Nicaragua to the international organizations based in this European country.

In an atmosphere marked by the fraternity that unites their respective peoples and governments, both diplomats agreed on the willingness to exchange on issues of common interest during the performance of their missions.

Meeting with farmers in the Southern Netherlands

Nederweert, Netherlands, March 30, 2025. Representatives of the Cuban Embassy in the Netherlands held a meeting with agricultural business leaders from the southern province of Limburg.

The event allowed for a friendly exchange with rural men and women, discussing the challenges and potential of agriculture in Cuba, agro-ecology, and scientific research for food and nutritional sustainability.

It was the occasion to exchange of views on current affairs in Cuba and the impact on the lives of the Cuban people of the genocidal US blockade against the Caribbean island for more than 60 years, further reinforced by Cuba's inclusion on the spurious List of State Sponsors of Terrorism.

Cuban Ambassador Meets with Director of Multilateral Affairs at the Dutch Foreign Ministry

The Hague, March 25, 2025. The Cuban Ambassador to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Eva Yelina Silva Walker, met with the Director of Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights, Mark Zellenrath, at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the meeting, they discussed the importance of respect for the principles of international law, respectful dialogue between countries, and the defense of the international legal order.
