The First Vice-President of ICAP (Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples), Noemi Ramona Rabaza Fernandez, and the Director for Europe, Rigoberto Lazaro Zarza Ross, arrived in Istanbul to participate in the preparatory meetings for the 20th European Summit of Solidarity with Cuba, to be held in Turkey in 2026.
A Cuban delegation headed by Oscar Pérez-Oliva Fraga, Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment, with the participation of Argelio Jesús Abad Vigoa, First Deputy Minister of Energy and Mines, Didier Estevez Guerrero, Vice President of the Cuban Sugar Group (AZCUBA) and Dr. Alejandro Francisco Díaz Palacios, Cuban Ambassador in Ankara, held a meeting with the Türkiye-Cuba Business Council chaired by OĞUZ SATICI.
