Embassy and graduates in Cuba coordinate efforts to celebrate national important dates.

Accra, July 23, 2025. – The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Julio E. Pujol Torres, received at the Embassy headquarters in this capital Mr. Philip Bentil, President of the Association of Ghanaian Graduates in Cuba (ESBECAN).

Both comrades exchanged over the joint activities to be held in celebration of Cuba’s National Rebellion Day on July 26, as well as on initiatives to honour Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz on the occasion of the centenary of his birth next year.

US aggression against Iran must be stopped

The threat of a direct US aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, spurred by the genocidal government of Israel became true, following the dastardly bombings against the nuclear sites of Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.  

Cuba strongly condemns these grave acts that represent a perilous escalation of the Middle East conflict and a flagrant violation of the UN Charter and international law.   

Cuba makes modest contribution to Ghana's national reforestation initiative.

Accra, June 20, 2025. - As part of Cuban government and people’s commitment to preserve the environment, the Second Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in Ghana in his capacity as Chargé d'Affaires, Mr. Yamil Eduardo Martinez Marrero, participated in the opening session of the “Tree for Life Reforestation Initiative, 2025”, a programme focused on restoring degraded lands and promoting environmental sustainability in Ghana.
