Havana, September 23rd, 2024 - The Ambassador of the State of Palestine in Cuba, H.E. Mr. Akram Mohammad Samhan, who will soon complete his diplomatic mission, was awarded with the Friendship Medal at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba.
Victoria, September 21st. Nearly 600 parliamentarians from 73 countries around the world called on the United States of America government to remove Cuba from the list of “State Sponsors of Terrorism”.
The parliamentarians wrote a joint letter, coordinated and published by Progressive International (PI), in which they condemn the designation of Cuba by the United States as a “State sponsor of terrorism” as “cynical, cruel and a clear violation of international law.”
Havana, September 18th. The President of Seychelles, H.E. Mr. Wavel Ramkalwan, held a cordial meeting with the Cuban minister of Health, Dr. José Ángel Portal Miranda. During the meeting, they exchanged on the historical cooperation links in the health field between Cuba and Seychelles and the existing potentialities to continue their development.
Havana, September 19th. President, Wavel Ramkalawan, met with Seychellois students in Cuba, as part of his activities during his official visit. The Seychellois president held a cordial meeting with the students, with whom he exchanged about their experience of studies in our country.
