Havana, July 15, 2023.- The Deputy minister of Sport, Arts and Culture of South Africa, Nocawe Noncedo Mafu heads a delegation visiting Cuba to participate in the Run For Nelson Mandela, organized every year by the National Institute for Sports and Recreation. During the event, the deputy minister was able to see the love of the Cuban people to Madiba.
