Pretoria, August 23, 2023 - Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, visiting South Africa, held a fruitful meeting with the leaders of the tripartite government alliance, composed by the African National Congress (ANC), the Communist Party (SACP) and the Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU).

Pretoria, August 22, 2023 - Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez arrived to South Africa this evening to participate in the XV BRICS Summit, to which Cuba was invited as Chair of the G77 and China. During his stay in South Africa, the President is expected to hold bilateral meetings with several leaders.
