Lusaka, December 3, 2024. The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Marileydis Dueñas Morales, attended the International Day of Solidarity with Palestine organized by Ambassador Beatrice Mutali, United Nations Resident Coordinator in Zambia, together with Dr. Walid Hasan, Ambassador of the State of Palestine in Zambia and dean of the diplomatic corps in the African nation.

Tribute to Fidel in Zambia on the 8th anniversary of his physical disappearance.

Lusaka, November 25, 2024. The Cuban Embassy in Zambia paid tribute to the Historical Leader of the Cuban Revolution with the screening of the documentary Fidel: The Untold Story, by American-born documentary filmmaker Estela Bravo, at the Golden Peacock Hotel in the Zambian capital. The event was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, parliament, political parties, solidarity, Zambians who graduated in Cuba, Cuban residents and other friends.
