We appreciate the intervention made by Yvan Gil, Foreign Minister of the sister nation of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

In the current international juncture, it is necessary to reflect on the United Nations Organization that we have built and which celebrates this year its eightieth anniversary.

The aspiration to maintain peace, the purpose that guided the creation of the organization, remains a challenge. Tensions are rising, threats to international security are increasing and there are attempts to impose new forms of domination.

Cuban Ambassador to Mongolia met today with the Director General of the Mongolian National Cancer Center

The Ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, met today with the Director General of the National Cancer Center, PhD. ERDENEKHUU Nansalmaa and its Chief of Operations, PhD URANCHIMEG Tsegmed. They discussed cancer, treatments for this disease and the possibilities of cooperation between specialized institutions in both countries.

The diplomat mentioned pioneering effective treatments against cancer developed through genetic engineering and biotechnology by centers of BioCubaFarma, the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries Group.

Embassy of Cuba in Mongolia held a presentation activity for the V International Convention “Cuba Health 2025” and the XVI Trade Fair “Health for All”

The Cuban Embassy in Mongolia held a presentation activity for the V International Convention “Cuba Health 2025”, the XVI Trade Fair “Health for All” and the II Medical Tourism and Wellness Fair that will take place from April 21 to 25, 2025.

Executives from some public and private hospitals and pharmaceutical companies in Mongolia, as well as health professionals, attended.

Ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia meets with Mongolian Minister of Health

The Ambassador of Cuba to Mongolia, Jorge Ferrer, paid a courtesy call to the Minister of Health, Dr. Munkhsaikhan Togtmol, who was accompanied by Ms. Yanjmaa Binderiya, Head of the International Cooperation Division.

The debate covered a wide range of topics. The Mongolian Minister of Health and the Cuban Ambassador discussed the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministries of Health of the two countries and the exploration of advanced technologies in the Cuban medical and biopharmaceutical industry.

The Cuban Geological Society (www.scg.cu) invites Cuban and foreign professionals, technicians and students of Geology, Geophysics, Mining and related sciences, to attend the XI Earth Sciences Convention (Geosciences 2025), and Exhibition. These International events will take place at the Conventions Palace in Havana, on April 7-11, 2025.

The International Geosciences Convention has been held every two years for the past 20 years (2005) and has an associated exhibition, which displays products, new technologies and services for the Geosciences
