Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge held a cordial meeting with the Ambassador of Guatemala in Thailand Mr. Carlos Jiménes.
Mr. Jiménes welcomed the Cuban Ambassador and thanked on behalf of his country for the Cuban medical collaboration in Guatemala.
Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodríguez met in Bangkok with the vice president and executives of the important Thai hotel group DUSIT INTERNATIONAL.
The businessmen showed the ambassador his interest in the possibility of cooperation with Cuba in the tourism sector.
The new Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodríguez presented the Style Copies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. The Ambassador was received by the Director of the Protocol Department Mr. Nattapong Lathapipat.
During the cordial meeting, the Ambassador expressed his desire to continue strengthening ties with the Kingdom of Thailand, highlighting the celebration in May of this year 2023 of the establishment of diplomatic relations between both countries.
