Cuban VP to visit Asian countries

Roberto Morales Ojeda, vice president of the Council of Ministers, will begin today a tour of several countries in Asia, including his participation in the enthronement ceremony of the new Emperor of Japan, and official visits to Singapore and Pakistan.

The Cuban delegation is also made up by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Cuban ambassadors in those countries, Granma newspaper reports today.

Khon Kaen, October 10 and 11, 2019.- The Cuban ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand, Héctor Conde Almeida, gave lectures at the Faculties of Humanities and Medicine of “Khon Kaen University” of the Kingdom of Thailand. The presentations were attended by students of the Spanish and Political Sciences Sections and the Primary Health Care Attention Department of the respective Faculties, the Deans, authorities and professors of the renowned higher-education center.
