Melbourne, October 16, 2018.- Important day in the bilateral relations history between Cuba and Australia; after weeks of negotiations, both countries signed the first agreement on biotechnology to promote cooperation and scientific research in the sector. It comes to the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the AgriBio Science center, of the Australian state of Victoria, and the Cuban business group, BIOCUBAFARMA.
AUSTRALIA, October 15, 2018.- With the presence of Cuban 1st Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, Marcelino Medina González, and the Vice Minister for Europe and Latin America at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Christopher Langman, the meeting between the foreign offices of Australia and Cuba took place this Monday morning.
On October 6th, the Australia-Cuba Friendship Society(ACFS) and the Cuban Embassy jointly organized an artistic gala in Canberra on the occasion of Cuban culture national day that will be officially celebrated on next October 20th.
Canberra, August 17 - At the headquarters of the iconic Hyatt Hotel in the Australian capital, the Latin American Flavours Festival was inaugurated in its fourth edition, whose organization corresponded for the first time to the Embassy of Cuba, together with the support of the diplomatic missions of Latin America accredited in Australia.
