The Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, Ambassador Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo, participated in the segment dedicated to the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) at the first session of the Executive Board of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).

Press Release: Cuba reaffirms at the UN Security Council its solidarity with the Palestinian cause and rejects the unilateral statement by the United States President recognizing the city of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

New York, 25 January 2018. The Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, Ambassador Anayansi Rodriguez Camejo, spoke today at the Security Council's Open Debate on the Middle East and expressed her profound concern about the situation in the region, as there has been no tangible progress in the final settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Press Release: Permanent Representative of Cuba to UN holds a meeting with the Secretary-General.

New York, 24 January 2018. The Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, Ambassador Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo, held a working meeting with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. António Guterres.

The meeting focused on the upcoming thirty-seventh session of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), to be held in May 2018 in Havana. Various topics of international interest and multilateral scope were also addressed in a cordial and cooperative atmosphere.
