The Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, Ambassador Anayansi Rodriguez Camejo, spoke today at the Security Council's Open Debate on the Middle East and expressed her profound concern about the situation in the region, as there has been no tangible progress in the final settlement of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Press Release: Permanent Representative of Cuba to UN holds a meeting with the Secretary-General.

New York, 24 January 2018. The Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations, Ambassador Anayansi Rodríguez Camejo, held a working meeting with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. António Guterres.

The meeting focused on the upcoming thirty-seventh session of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), to be held in May 2018 in Havana. Various topics of international interest and multilateral scope were also addressed in a cordial and cooperative atmosphere.
