New York, July 20th, 2023.- Deputy prime minister and minister of Economy and Planning of Cuba, Alejandro Gil Fernández, addressed, on behalf of G77 and China, the High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, convened during this week at United Nations headquarters.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Planning of Cuba, Alejandro Gil Fernández, reiterated, this week, the commitment of the Greater Antilles to the 2030 Agenda, during the United Nations High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development.
Deputy Prime Minister of Cuba and minister of Economy and Planning, Alejandro Gil Fernández, was welcomed, this afternoon, by the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Achim Steiner.
Deputy Prime Minister Alejandro Gil Fernández, participated at a meeting organized by the Chamber of Commerce of the Great Harlem (GHCC). This exchange at The City College of New York, was attended by representatives from enterprises, university institutions, organizations and others. The presence of former US Congress representative Charles B Rangel, was a highlight.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Planning, Alejandro Gil Fernández, who leads his country delegation to the High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, was welcomed, this afternoon, by Secretary General of United Nations, Antonio Guterres, at the headquarter of this multilateral organization.
