Cuban Solidarity Organizations in Guyana celebrate victory at the UN

Guyana, Georgertown, November 3, 2023. Solidarity organizations in Guyana conveyed congratulatory messages to the Cuban people on the victory at the UN. Halim Khan, president of the Guyana-Cuba Solidarity Movement, and Gerald Perreira, president of the Organization for the Victory of the People, expressed their satisfaction at the support of the international community in the vote on the Resolution demanding the lifting of the immoral policy of the Blockade.

Cuban Ambassador makes a working visit to the Linden region

The Ambassador of Cuba in Guyana, Jorge Francisco Soberón Luis, made a working visit to the Linden Region, accompanied by the Head of the Cuban Medical Brigade, Dr. Ineldo Ruíz. During the meeting with regional authorities, he thanked Cuba for its humanitarian work in the field of health.
