Vice Chancellor Rogelio Sierra pays tribute to the victims of terrorism in Barbados.
With the presence of all members of the Cuban State Mission in Barbados, Cuban Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rogelio Sierra, and the director of the Caribbean and Central America in the Cuban chancellery, Jorge Luis Mayo, paid tribute to the victims of state terrorism by laying a wreath - together with the members of the Cuban sports mission - at the monument erected on Payne Bay beach to the 73 civilians who perished for the terrorist sabotage against the Cubana de Aviación airplane in October 1976, a barbarism that united Cuba's destinies even further and the sister Caribbean nation
