The Ambassador of Cuba to Slovenia holds meetings with the President and other high authorities of this country

The Ambassador of Cuba to the Republic of Slovenia, Juan Antonio Fernández Palacios had meetings with the highest authorities of this country: President, Borut Pahor; Prime Minister, Miro Cerar; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Karl Erjavec and other representatives of the State and Government in the margins of the New Year´s reception held in the Congress Center of Ljubljana, the capital of the European country. It was a suitable opportunity to reaffirm the good state of the bilateral relations and the willingness to continue strengthening them.

The Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs will execute a tour of European countries

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla will start a tour of Turkey, Austria, Slovakia, Italy, and the Vatican from Thursday 15th.

During the tour, the Minister of Foreign Affairs will execute an extensive programme of official meetings with his couenterparts and other national authorities.

SYRIA, April 21, 2017 .- The Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Damascus offered a reception on Thursday on the occasion of the 56th anniversary of the Victory in Playa Girón and 71nd of the Independence of Syria. The event was attended by the President of the Syrian Parliament, Hadiya Abbas; The Political and Media Adviser to the Syrian Presidency, Dr. Bouzeina Shabaan; The Minister of the Presidency, Mansour Azzam; The Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade, Samer Khalil; and the Minister of Health, Nizar Yazeyi.

CUBA, November 22, 2016.- The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ana Teresita González Fraga, received Tuesday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Exc. Mr. Mohammed Fadel Khalaf, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait, for the presentation of the Style Copies accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of his country before the  government of the Republic of Cuba

Chancellor McClean chairs activities by the CARICOM-Cuba`s Day and the 43 Anniversary of the Barbados-Cuba relations.

The Hon. Maxine McClean, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, opened the celebration activities of both dates with Cuban Ambassador, Francisco Fernandez, which consisted of a panel discussion that addressed the historical and current context from many angles, followed by a cocktail party attended by Barbadian government officials, representatives of the business sector and civil society organizations, community of Cuban residents, members of the diplomatic corps and UN agencies and CARICOM resident in Barbados.

The Secretary General of the ruling Democratic Labour Party (DLP), Mr. George Pilgrim, was received by the Cuban ambassador, Francisco Fernandez, in a fraternal encounter at his headquarters, in which the barbadian official welcomed the diplomat while served to review bilateral relations, recognizing the need for a systematic exchange between both parties. Mr. Pilgrim thanked the postcard sent by Jose Ramon Balaguer Cabrera, Head of International Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), addressed to the Right Honourable Freundel J.

Minister of Education of Barbados discusses bilateral cooperation with Cuban Ambassador.

The Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Education of Barbados, Hon. Ronald D. Jones, received in his office the Cuban ambassador, Francisco Fernández Peña, to analyze the progress of bilateral cooperation and noted the high significance of the Cuban cooperation, both among their countries and with the rest of the sister nations of CARICOM, why he aimed to maintain and expand on areas where possible.
