Monrovia, March 19, 2024 - The Liberia-Cuba Solidarity Group expressed its support to the Cuban government and rejection of incitements to destabilization by enemies of the Cuban Revolution who incite violence, social unrest and seek to disrupt peace.

Statement by the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On March 18, 2024, U.S. Chargé d'Affaires Benjamin Ziff was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by Deputy Minister Carlos Fernández de Cossío, who formally conveyed to him the firm rejection of the interference and slanderous messages of the U.S. government and its embassy in Cuba regarding the internal affairs of the Cuban reality.

El 18 de marzo de 2024, el Encargado de Negocios de los Estados Unidos, Benjamin Ziff fue convocado al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores por el viceministro Carlos Fernández de Cossío, quien le trasladó formalmente el firme rechazo a la conducta injerencista y los mensajes calumniosos del gobierno estadounidense y su embajada en Cuba ante asuntos internos de la realidad cubana.

Dublin, March 16, 2024. As a sign of the close relations between Cuba and Ireland, the highest Cuban authorities, headed by the President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, sent congratulatory messages to the Irish government and people, in occasion of its National Day.

In the message from the Cuban president, addressed to the President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins, the will to continue strengthening the relations of friendship and cooperation between both countries is ratified.
