In front of the statue of the Heroic Guerrilla, located in the central Dutch city of Utrecht, the collective of workers from the Cuban diplomatic mission to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, together with friends of solidarity and Cuban residents, paid tribute to the Bronze Titan, Antonio Maceo, and Ernesto Che Guevara, on their 180th and 97th birthdays, respectively.

Cuban ambassador to the Netherlands, Eva Yelina Silva Walker, attended at noon on Thursday the celebration of the National Day of the State of Kuwait, date that commemorates the 64th anniversary of its independence, and conveyed congratulations to the Chargé d'Affaires of the Kuwaiti Embassy in The Hague, Ibrahim Aldai.
The Caribbean diplomat highlighted the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation between Cuba and Kuwait, whose diplomatic ties were established more than half a century ago.
