Grenada's Foreign Minister receives Cuban Ambassador

Cuban Ambassador to Grenada, Yadirys Echenique Paz, was received by the Honorable Joseph Andall, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Export Development of Grenada, with whom she held a working meeting.

During the meeting, in which various bilateral issues of common interest were addressed, both parties highlighted the positive state of bilateral relations and expressed their interest in continuing to strengthen cooperation in different areas.

The Ambassador of Cuba to Grenada, Yadirys Echenique Paz, paid a courtesy visit to Her Majesty's Right to the Right Emmalin Pierre, Member of Parliament and Leader of the Opposition.

During the meeting, both representatives highlighted the historic ties of friendship and cooperation that have united Cuba and Grenada over the years. They also expressed their desire to further strengthen these bilateral relations, with the aim of expanding areas of collaboration and deepening the bonds between their two peoples.

New Cuban Ambassador to Grenada presents Copy of Credentials

St. George, March 3, 2026 – Ambassador Yadirys Echenique Paz presented her Copy of Credentials to the Honourable Joseph Andall, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Export Development of Grenada, on Tuesday, officially appointing her as Cuba's ambassador to the Caribbean island.

During the meeting, the Grenadian Foreign Minister welcomed the Cuban diplomat and highlighted the positive political and cooperative relations between the two countries.
