A few days ahead of the commemoration of the 165th anniversary of the birth of our National Hero Jose Martí this January 28, Cuba takes pride in being part of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC). Its foundation crystallized the message of independence and unity of the region contained in Martí’s essay entitled “Our America”.
With exactly 12 days in between, the 1st of February will be filled with lights the Wonder City. Havana, will host the Morro - Cabaña Complex, the International Book Fair, which will celebrate its twenty - seventh anniversary. Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. January 17, 2018. New Minister of Public Health of Mongolia, Mrs. D. Sarangerel, received today the Ambassador of Cuba Raúl Delgado Concepción in a work meeting that served to concretize the actions to be developed in this important sphere of relations between both countries. The Cuban Ambassador began the meeting by summarizing the work done during 2017 and the progress made in the process of registration and promotion of Cuban biotechnological products for the treatment of diabetes and hepatitis in Mongolia.
The Ambassador of Cuba in Denmark, Yiliam Gómez Sardiñas, had a gathering on January 14 with a group of Danes from the city of Randers who are interested in knowing about the Cuban reality, and particularly about the development of the health system in the Island. Port of Spain – 13 January 2018 – With the presence of the Minister of Trade and Industry of Trinidad and Tobago, Paula Gopee Scoon, the Ambassador of Cuba, Guillermo Vazquez Moreno, and the executive board of the Airline Caribbean Airlines - the Caribbean Airlines flight BW 456 that will link the capitals of Cuba and Trinidad and Tobago was inaugurated at the Piarco International Airport. The official ceremony counted with the presence of businessmen and the press who will cover the return of the Trinidadian airline to the largest Antilles as well as more than a hundred tourists who decided to witness this historic moment.
