Ho Chi Minh City wishes to strengthen cooperation with Cuba’s Artemisa province in the areas of mutual interest and Cuba's strength like health care and bio-technology, a municipal official said on August 25. At a reception for visiting Governor of Artemisa province and Vice President of the Cuba-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarians’ Group Ricardo Concepcion Rodriguez, Vice Chairman of the HCM City People’s Committee Duong Anh Duc called on Cuban leaders to create favourable conditions for Vietnamese businesses to operate in the Caribbean nation.
On the morning of this Friday the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Rt. Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas received the ambassador of Cuba, David Rivero Pérez, at the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry of this Federation, on a working visit.
During the cordial meeting, the ties of brotherhood and solidarity between both nations were ratified as a sign of the good state of bilateral relations.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Kaye Bass, received the Cuban ambassador, David Rivero Pérez, on a working visit today, to discuss common issues on the bilateral agenda.
The meeting, held in a cordial and respectful atmosphere, was propitious to ratify the support for Cuba by Saint Kitts and Nevis in multilateral forums, as well as the common interest in continuing to strengthen the existing ties of solidarity and friendship.
