66th Anniversary of the Revolution
Copenhagen, March 15: The Cuban Embassy in Denmark, together with the Danish-Cuban Friendship Association, organized an evening to commemorate the 66th anniversary of the Cuban Revolution, held at the headquarters of the 3F Trade Union.
Members of the Latin American diplomatic corps, the Solidarity Association, representatives of trade unions and leftist political forces, as well as representatives of Cuban residents attended the event.
International Fair in Herning, Denmark
On February 21st, the International Fair was held in Herning, Denmark, with a large participation of Danish, Scandinavian and other citizens. It was a good opportunity to promote tourism in Cuba, reaching concrete agreements with travel agencies such as Panorama, Flamingo, Nilles Rejser and many others, which committed to adding Cuba to the list of promoted destinations by 2025 - 2026. The occasion was also a good opportunity to promote foreign investment in Cuba and also products produced in Cuba, such as rum from the Cubaron companies, as well as a high demand for Cuban cigars.

Knap en uge før Biden overdrager præsidentposten til Trump har den afgående præsident besluttet at fjerne Cuba fra USA’s liste over lande der angiveligt støtter terrorisme. Dertil to andre beslutninger, som Cubas regering kalder ”skridt i den rigtige retning” – men blokaden som sådan består.

The United States takes steps in the right direction, but the blockade remains in force.
On January 14, 2025, the government of the United States announced the following decisions:
1. Remove Cuba from the State Department list of countries that allegedly sponsor terrorism;
2. Make use of the presidential faculty to prevent US courts from taking action with regards to lawsuits that might be filed by virtue of Title III of the Helms-Burton Act; and
