Visit to the Gamal Abdel Nasser Museum
The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt Tania Aguiar Fernández and the officials of the Embassy of Cuba paid a visit to the House-Museum of the former Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser. The diplomats had the honor of taking the tour guided by Nasser's youngest son, Abdel Hakim.
The museum is located in the area of Manshiyet Al-Bakri, east of Cairo, where Gamal leader Abdel Nasser and his family used to lived.
The museum consists of two rooms. The main one is for the president's offices, the attached rooms, the master bedroom, the living room and two rooms on the ground floor.

The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt Tania Aguiar Fernández and Third Secretary Jorge Mazón Rodriguez gave a lecture about "The impact of the economic blockade of the United States against Cuba" to the students and teachers of the Institute of Economy and the Faculties of Political Sciences and Languages of the University of Sciences and Culture of October 6th.
Meeting with the Head of the Egyptian Center for Strategic Studies
The Ambassador of Cuba in Egypt Tania Aguiar Fernández held a friendly meeting with Khaled Okasha, Head of the Egyptian Center for Strategic Studies (ECSS).
During the fruitful meeting, the Ambassador was informed of the activities of the ECSS and they explored the possibilities of cooperation with the International Policy Research Center (CIPI, in Spanish ) of Cuba.
