Díaz-Canel arrived in Nicaragua for the presidential inauguration ceremony
Managua, January 10th.- The President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, arrived in Nicaragua today, leading the delegation invited to the swearing-in ceremony of the Head of State Daniel Ortega and Vice President Rosario Murillo.
From the Augusto C. Sandino airport, in this capital, the leader of the Caribbean country received an official welcome from Roberto López, minister executive president of the Social Security Institute.
Bio Habana 2022 Congress "Science for a healthy life"

Cuba Strengthens Protection Measures Against Increase in COVID-19 Cases
Havana, December 31st.- For thirteen consecutive weeks, Cuba maintained a decrease in new patients positive for COVID-19. This reality had its turning point at the end of the last week, in which the diagnosis of patients increased by 34.8%, a figure that translates into 163 more patients than in the previous seven days.
