Díaz-Canel encouraged by daily work of Cuban scientists in fight against COVID-19
Havana, June 5 - As he has done every week since the battle against COVID-19 began in Cuba, the President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel, met at the Palace of the Revolution with the scientists and experts who are directly involved in confronting the epidemic in the country, a day he described as encouraging.

Athens, 5 June. Mr. Jason Caranicas, official of the diplomatic office, and Ms Schina, both in charge of cultural affairs of the Presidency of the Hellenic Republic, visited the exhibition "José Martí: Con Grecia in the Heart" at the Sintagma metro station in Athens with photos and texts by José Oriol Marrero Martinez, counselor and consul of the Embassy of Cuba in Greece. Velisarios Kossivakis of NewStar art Cinema, very close friend with Cuba and his Cuban wife, Leticia Suarez were also present. as well as Loukia Konstantinou, of the José Martí Cultural Association of solidarity with Cuba. Ambassador Zelmys María Dominguez Cortina, welcomed them and explained about the history of Cuba and the author explained the concept and characteristics of the exhibition.
