THE 56TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FALL OF CHE IS COMMEMORATED IN ATHENS
The Studio room of the New Star Cinema in Athens was once again the scene of an emotional meeting to honor and remember the Heroic Guerrilla, Commander Ernesto Che Guevara, and to commemorate, on this occasion, the 56th anniversary of his fall in Bolivia.
Several speakers, including the Cuban ambassador, Aramís Fuente Hernandez, gave speeches in which they highlighted transcendent aspects of Che's life and work, his very high human qualities, as well as the validity of his ideas and thought, such as imperishable legacy for the present and future generations of Cuba and the world.
8TH INTERNATIONAL ART ACTION FAIR
From October 4 to 6, the 8th International Action Art Fair was held on the beautiful island of Mykonos, organized by the UNESCO Club of Piraeus and the Islands, which included a wide and attractive exhibition of paintings and other manifestations presented by various painters and sculptors who came from different countries to show their art alongside Greek creators.
MEETING-CONVERSATORY HELD IN ATHENS UNDER THE TITLE CUBA RESISTE
Organized by the Diethnes Vima Publishing House, and with the participation of the Cuban Ambassador Aramís Fuente Hernández, a meeting-conversation was held in Athens on the struggle of the Cuban people to preserve and expand their social conquests, against the constant and innumerable actions and aggressions that pursue the defeat of the Revolution and eliminate the example it constitutes for other peoples of the world.
SOLIDARITY WITH THE CUBAN PEOPLE AT THE KNE YOUTH FESTIVAL IN ATHENS
During the closing day of the 49th KNE Youth ODIGITIS Festival in Athens, and with the presence of KKE BP member Giorgos Marinos and KNE Central Council Secretary Thodoris Kotsantis, as well as KKE MEPs, an event was held in which the solidarity of the Greek people and their young people with Cuba was ratified.
FESTIVAL OF THE 5 CONTINENTS
It was an honor to attend the Festival of the 5 Continents, organized by the UNESCO group Piraeus and Islands, which takes place at the Galatsi amphitheater.
