Tehran, February 26, 2025. Cuban Ambassador Jorge Lefebre Nicolás visited the headquarters of the Spanish-language channel HISPANTV where he was received by its general director, Mr. Ali Ejarehdar.
During the fraternal meeting, the Cuban diplomat expressed his recognition of the constant work carried out by this Iranian television station in disseminating the reality of political events related to Iran, the Middle East, Latin America and in particular on the articles and programs dedicated to Cuba.

Cuba rejects the decision announced by the President of the United States to use the Guantanamo Naval Base to imprison tens of thousands of migrants he has proposed to forcibly expel. It is a demonstration of the brutality with which that government is acting to supposedly correct problems created by the economic and social conditions of that country, the government's own management and its foreign policy, including hostility towards countries of origin.
