Monrovia, November 4, 2020.- Cuban diplomat Mercedes L. Martínez Herrera congratulated the Minister of Trade and Industry Hon. Mawine G. Diggs for her recent nomination to the post and expressed the Cuban government's willingness to strengthen and diversify bilateral relations.
The framework was propitious to promote the opportunities that Cuba offers in its negotiable portfolio and to explain the effects of the economic, commercial and financial blockade of the US in these sectors.

In a statement, the solidarity group expressed its support for the Cuban people in their six-decade struggle against the economic blockade and the aggressive US policy against Cuba.
