I would like to thank the Republic of Azerbaijan, the current president of the Non-Aligned Movement, for the initiative to convene this Special Session of the General Assembly.
Cuba demands US respect its sovereignty
Havana, December 1, 2020.- The General Director in charge of the United States at the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Carlos Fernandez de Cossio, affirmed that Cuba will defend its sovereignty against the aggressions the United States currently intensifies.

"I denounce that President Donald Trump’s administration is directly involved in the funding and directing civil disobedience and illegal actions against law and order in Cuba. Groups and individuals based in the US territory, some of them linked to terrorist activities, are openly promoting the commission of acts of sabotage, violence and willful disobedience of the law in Cuba."
Mongolian Parliamentary Group ratifies support for all initiatives with Cuba

Mr. Bat-Erdene Badmaanuambun, Member of the Great State Hural of Mongolia (Parliament) and president of the Mongolia-Cuba Parliamentary Friendship Group, held a meeting at the headquarters of the legislature with the Ambassador of Cuba, Raúl Delgado Concepción.
New Minister of Education and Science receives the Cuban Ambassador.
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. October 29, 2020. Ms. Tsedevsuren Lkhagva, the new Minister of Education and Sciences of Mongolia received this morning the Ambassador of Cuba Raúl Delgado Concepción. The status of bilateral work with that Mongolian institution was updated. The Minister, who has extensive work experience in the field of education, assumed this position after the appointment of the new government cabinet at the end of the Parliamentary elections last June.
