Graduation Recital at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague, Netherlands
The Hague, June 14, 2023. The graduation recital of the Cuban musician Pablo Cruz took place this day at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague. The saxophonist and composer is an advocate of Cuban jazz.
The artist was accompanied by musicians from different nations that study at the prestigious conservatory, who performed works of the Cuban musician, Pablo. There was also a tribute to Ernesto Lecuona, in a very personal arrangement for saxophone and tumbadoras of the outstanding work "La Comparsa".
Cuban Film inaugurated the Latin-Americans Film Week in Delft

This presentation is part of the commemoration activities for the 65th anniversary of the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC).
Representatives of the Embassy visit a Dutch solidarity friend in Leiden
Leiden, June 11, 2024. Representatives of the Cuban Embassy in the Netherlands visited the supportive friend, Dr. Paul Jonas, founder of the academic exchange programs in the health sector between Cuba and the Netherlands.
During the meeting, they talked about the work of the Cuba-Europe Academic Exchange Group on Health and Science Education (CEESE), which promotes the application of good practices, based on the experiences of Cuba and European countries in these sectors.
Representatives of the Embassy visit a Dutch solidarity worker
Vlaardingen, June 10, 2024. Representatives of the Cuban Embassy in the Netherlands visited their dear friend Arnold van Wezel, president of the Cuba Vive Foundation, with a long history of solidarity with Cuba and extensive experience in the Solidarity Brigades “Jose Marti.”
The visit was on the occasion of the celebrations for Father's Day, as Arnold is one of the fathers of solidarity with Cuba in the Netherlands, as well as an excellent family father, who has inspired his love and admiration for Cuba to these descendants.
Young Communists in the Netherlands organize a solidarity event with Cuba
Utrecht, June 10, 2024. Members of the Communist Youth Movement of the Netherlands (CJB) and the New Communist Party (NCPN) organized a solidarity event with Cuba, at the Cultural Center for Peace and Nature in Utrecht.
A video prepared by representatives of the CJB, with examples of the effects of the US blockade of Cuba for more than 60 years, began the evening, which also featured the intervention of one of the leaders of the Movement in Utrecht.
