Embassy of Cuba Joins ACFS Canberra on Solidarity Tour in Cooma as Part of the “From Australia to Cuba with Love 2026” Campaign

The Embassy of Cuba in Australia joined members of the Australia-Cuba Friendship Society (ACFS), Canberra Branch, on a solidarity tour in the city of Cooma, as part of the final day of the national campaign “From Australia to Cuba with Love 2026.” The event brought together friends of Cuba in an atmosphere of commitment and fraternity, reaffirming the bonds of friendship that unite both peoples.

The “From Australia to Cuba with Love 2026” Campaign Continues in Australia

Canberra, July 23, 2026. The fifth edition of the “From Australia to Cuba with Love” campaign is progressing with remarkable momentum in Australia, establishing itself as one of the most visible and sustained expressions of solidarity with Cuba in the region. Since its launch in June, the initiative has mobilized dozens of participants across the country, who have carried out sporting, cultural, and community activities to support the Cuban people and contribute to a social project for a children's home in Guantánamo province.

Canberra, July 20, 2026. The Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Australia welcomes and acknowledges the initiatives that the various branches of the Australia-Cuba Friendship Society (ACFS), other solidarity organizations, Cuban residents, and friends of Cuba will be carrying out this weekend in several Australian cities to commemorate July 26th, a date of enormous historical significance for our country and which today symbolizes the courage, dignity, and resilience of the Cuban people.
