Nigeria, March 3, 2022.- The Cuban ambassador to this country, Clara M. Pulido Escandell, received professors Charles O. Esimone at the headquarters of the Cuban embassy in Abuja, accompanied by the Director of International Collaboration, professor Ifeoma Enweani-Nwokelo and Dr. Sunday O. Nduka, Deputy Director of this prestigious institution.

The moment was propitious to address issues of common interest about the academic framework and history of this house of studies as well as its future perspectives.

Nigeria, January 14, 2022.- The Counselor, Pavel Bauzá Fusté, Charge d'Affaires a. i. of the Cuban embassy in Nigeria signed, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this country, the book of condolences for the death of Ernest Shonekan, former head of the Interim National Government.

The Ogun-born statesman was the head of the interim government that led Nigeria between the military governments of Ibrahim Babangida and Sani Abacha, from August 26 to November 17, 1993.

Namibia, November 30th, 2021- H. E. Mr. Sikongo Haihambo, Executive Director of the Ministry of Industrialization and Trade of Namibia, received at the headquarters of that institution Aldo Luis Fuentes Acosta, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. from the Embassy of Cuba, and to Yamila Martínez Abreu, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of that Diplomatic Mission.
