Cuba participates in the celebration of National Day of France in Seychelles
Victoria, 14 de julio._The Ambassador and the Minister Counselor of the Cuban diplomatic mission in Seychelles participated in the celebration of the French National Day.
The celebration was attended by the President of the National Assembly, Roger Mancienne, ministers, businessmen, cultural personalities, members of the diplomatic corps, Foreign Ministry officials and French community in Seychelles.
Cuba participates in Seychelles Dance Biennale
Victoria, 12 July._ The Director of the National Folkloric Ensemble of Cuba, Leivan Garcia Valle and the dancer, Julia Garcia Valle Von Oy, arrived today in Seychelles to represent Cuba at the Seychelles Biennale de Danse, event in which Leivan will assume the role of main choreographer of the event.
They were received at Victoria International Airport by the Director of the Seychelles National Conservatory of Performing Arts, Mr. Pierre Joseph, the Cuban Ambassador, Martha Hernandez and the Minister Counsellor, Tomas Mendez.

Victoria, July 7th. The United Nations Development Program Office for Seychelles inaugurated its new headquarters in Victoria, Seychelles.
Its Permanent Representative, Amanda Serumaga, highlighted the historic ties of cooperation between the organization and Seychelles with more than 40 years of mutual relations, friendship and exchange.

Victoria, June 29th. On June 29th, 1976, the Seychelles flag was raised for the first time in its history as a free and sovereign nation, for which thousands of Seychellois fought to achieve the desired and necessary independence from the British metropolis.
