The Hague, April 8, 2026. The University of Amsterdam and The Green Office project host a conference on agroeconomics in Cuba. In coordination with the Network of Solidarity with Cuba in the Netherlands and with the participation of Levin Dalpiaz from Wageningen University.
The conference featured numerous Cuban and foreign professors who have studied the subject in Cuba.

Utrecht, January 11, 2026. From January 8 to 11, the Jaarbeurs center in the Dutch city of Utrecht hosted the 2026 edition of the well-known “Vakantiebeurs” Tourism Fair, the most important annual travel event in the Benelux region, which brought together operators from the tourism sector.
This fair is designed to bring together those involved in the industry and to showcase everything related to travel and tourism. Travel agencies, airlines, car rental companies, etc. participate in this event.
The Hague, June 14, 2025. In front of the statue of the Heroic Guerrilla, located in the central Dutch city of Utrecht, the collective of workers from the Cuban diplomatic mission to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, together with friends of solidarity and Cuban residents, paid tribute to the Bronze Titan, Antonio Maceo, and Ernesto Che Guevara, on their 180th and 97th birthdays, respectively.
The Hague, February 20, 2025. Cuban ambassador to the Netherlands, Eva Yelina Silva Walker, attended at noon on Thursday the celebration of the National Day of the State of Kuwait, date that commemorates the 64th anniversary of its independence, and conveyed congratulations to the Chargé d'Affaires of the Kuwaiti Embassy in The Hague, Ibrahim Aldai.
The Caribbean diplomat highlighted the excellent relations of friendship and cooperation between Cuba and Kuwait, whose diplomatic ties were established more than half a century ago.
