Antonio Maceo and Ernesto Che Guevara remembered in Thailand

It was recalled the 502 anniversary of the founding of Santiago de Cuba, (28/6/1515) and, by historical coincidence, the birth on the same day, 14/6, of Antonio Maceo and Ernesto Che Guevara (1845 and 1928 respectively). The Cuban Ambassador denounced the presence of the US military base in Guantanamo, as a consequence of the imposition of the Platt Amendment in June, 1901.
