Cuban Ambassador Attends Activity with Thai Export Companies
The Cuban Ambassador to Thailand, Mr. Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodríguez attended the annual awards ceremony for the best Thai export companies, invited by the Minister of Commerce of Thailand, and with the presence of the Prime Minister, Srettha Thavisin.
The Ambassador spoke with Sanan Angubolkul, president of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC), with whom he agreed to evaluate possibilities for cooperation and signing agreements.

Majority Rejection of the Blockade Against Cuba in the UN General Assembly
The resolution presented by Cuba to request the end of the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States was approved this Thursday by the General Assembly with 187 votes in favor.
The text received two votes against (the United States and Israel) and one member state abstained (Ukraine).
The resolution recognizes the blockade as the central element of United States policy towards Cuba for more than six decades.
Cuba and Thailand Agree on Strengthening Bilateral Ties
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Josefina Vidal Ferreiro, and the Permanent Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Busadee Santipitaks, chaired this Friday the Second Round of Political Consultations between the foreign ministries of both countries.
During the exchange, the good state of bilateral relations was confirmed in the year of the 65th anniversary of their establishment and the will of both parties to continue consolidating dialogue and diversify cooperation in areas of common interest was ratified.
