The U.S. government once again discredits itself by unjustly including Cuba on the List of countries that “do not fully cooperate with its anti-terrorism efforts”.
Once again, the State Department turns the fight against international terrorism into a unilateral political exercise against countries that do not bow to its hegemonic interests.
Participation of Cuban Consul in Conference on Women's Empowerment
Consul Niurka de la O participated in a conference held at the Austrian Residence in Thailand, organized especially for the wives of ambassadors. The event focused on women's empowerment through entrepreneurship, personal growth, and social impact and entrepreneurship.
The conference highlighted the importance of women's leadership and the transformative role women can play in their communities when given the tools and opportunities for entrepreneurship.
III Meeting of Cubans Residents in Thailand
The Cuban Embassy in Thailand organized the III Meeting of Cuban Residents in Thailand as part of the strengthening of ties with the Cuban community abroad. The activity began with the singing of our national anthem and allowed to share experiences, reaffirm our national identity and discuss issues of common interest.
The event was attended by the Cuban Ambassador to Thailand, Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodriguez and Consul Niurka de la O Mojena as well as representatives of the Cuban community living in various Thai cities.
Tribute to His Holiness Pope Francis
Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodriguez, on behalf of the Government and People of Cuba, signed the Book of Condolences opened on the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
The ceremony took place at the Apostolic Nunciature in Bangkok and was a solemn moment to pay tribute to the life and spiritual legacy of the Holy Father.
Ambassador receives the Director of Latin America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.
Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodríguez received at the Cuban Residence Mr. Chakraphan Yuwari, new Director for Latin America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand.
During the cordial meeting, they exchanged on different bilateral issues, especially on the celebration of the next meeting of political consultations in Havana.
They also evaluated joint actions to commemorate this year 2025 the 67th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cuba and Thailand.
