Cuban Ambassador to Thailand Participated in the Thai Silk festival

The Cuban ambassador to Thailand, Pedro Pablo San Jorge, together with the Cuban consul, Niurka de la O, participated in the Thai silk festival, with costumes designed by students of the Sukhothai vocational school.
This event, in which diplomats from all the embassies accredited in Thailand participate, is of great cultural relevance since silk is one of the most important traditional products of this country.

New Director General of the TICA Agency receives Cuban Ambassador

Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge Rodriguez was received by the new Director General of the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) Mr. Wattanawit Gajaseni. The Ambassador conveyed congratulations and the willingness to continue working on the identification of bilateral projects. They also evaluated the possibility of multilateral cooperation.

Ambassador Pedro Pablo San Jorge and Consul Niurka de la O Mojena received at the Cuban Embassy in Bangkok Edward Kiti, President of the Silk Association, and Directors and students of the Sukhothai Vocational School.
The visitors expressed interest in establishing cooperation with Cuban institutions and schools in the context of the "Silk Road to the World" project.
The students of the vocational center showed designs created by them, inspired by studies on Cuban culture.
